1. Buma Inn
Buma Inn is located in Beijing, China. It is haunted by a ghost who seeks revenge. The story goes that a man was murdered by a chef of the Inn. Apparently the Chef had poisoned the food of the man and then committed suicide himself. Till date the reason behind the Chefs is unknown.
But the spirit of the departed is angry and is said to haunt the Inn in search of his murderer. He is seen wandering through the halls at night in search of the Chef but sadly this wandering spirit will never have rest because his murderer is long dead!

2. The Savoy Hotel
The Savoy Hotel is located in Mussoorie, India. It is a luxury hotel located in the luxurious hill station, of Uttarakhand (state of India). A certain Lady Garnet Orme is alleged to haunt this hotel. She is often seen roaming about the halls and corridors. In the 1910s, the Lady in question died of poisoning under mysterious circumstances.
The event had inspired famous crime writer Agatha Christie to write her first novel ‘The Mysterious Affair at Styles’. It was quiet a sensational case and since the lady while alive used to practise occult, following her death a number of people decided to crystal-gazing and conduct table-rapping séances in order to communicate with her.
3. Hotel Pelabuhan Ratu
Situated in Inna Samudra Beach in Sakabumi, West Java, Indonesia, Ratu has a unique haunting. Because the hotel is not haunted by some ghost but a sea goddess named Nyai Loro Kidul. In fact a certain room – room 308 – is kept permanently empty to appease her. Allegedly she drags surfers or swimmers wearing green into the water to kill them. So visitors and tourists are normally advised not to wear green. And the Room 308 is decorated with green in case the goddess decides to descend!
4. Diplomat Hotel
Located on the Dominican Hill, Baguio City, Philippines, the hotel is a haven for several ghosts (Yes several, as if one weren’t enough). Before the hotel was build there was a refugee centre during the World War I which was bombarded by Japanese plain causing massive death. Those innocent people who lost their lives are said to haunt the place. Sometimes they are seen holding a platter with their heads on the platter.
5. Tambun Inn
Located in a residential area in Ipoh, Malaysia, the Inn is popular among tourists as well as ghosts. Allegedly a number of ghosts live there and harass the residents in a number of ghostly ways like, switching the lights on and off, screaming, whispering and creating all kinds of sounds. Reportedly most people have seen the ghost of an old lady.
6. Grand Hyatt
It’s not surprising that the Grand Hyatt in Taipei, Taiwan would be infested with ghost sightings because during the land was a World War II execution ground and later cemetery. Most residents of the top floor swear to have encountered restless spirit and refuse to stay on that floor.
Ghosts are also seen wandering in the corridor and weird noises are heard from inside of unoccupied rooms. The hotel authorities have taken a number of steps to curb the infestation of ghosts in the hotel. The brought in experts, performed rituals and even sealed off place.
